Kale chips

Wow. These are so good, that my children gobble them as fast as I make them. They also make great adult appetisers/finger food. Or even healthy children’s party food!

Ingredients: 

Coconut oil

Kale

Salt

Method: Wash and thoroughly dry Kale. Tear into bite sized pieces, drizzle oil and salt through. Put on a oven tray and put into a 180 degree oven. After approximately 10 minutes they should be still green but crispy. Store in an airtight container.
