Coconut chia pudding

This is a great yoghurt replacement, with Omega 3s, good fats that are such good brain food for young children!


300 mL of full fat coconut cream

1/3 cup of chia seeds (get it from the healthy food section in your supermarket)

Optional: a small handful of sultanas, goji berries or chopped up dates.



Mix and refridgerate! It will set and you can put a tablespoon in a small container for your children’s lunchbox every day. Yummy! I take it to work with me too! You can even dress it up as a super fast quick dessert.
